We are pleased to announce that we’ve hired René Husum as CHRO of H. Daugaard A/S Group as of 01 May 2023.
René isn’t a completely new face – we’ve worked with René on several occasions since 2016. He has been our external consultant within organizational, leadership, strategy, and employee development.
Most recently, we hired René in December 2022 to conduct strength-based employee development. Since René knows H. Daugaard A/S and our employees very well based on previous collaborations as well as the current project, it was only natural to offer René the position as our new CHRO – as development never stops.
Going forward, René will be in close dialogue with H. Daugaard’s departments and business areas in Denmark, Luxembourg, and the Czech Republic with the aim of understanding their challenges and strengths in order to align HR activities with the support they need.
Development and growth go hand in hand
Daugaard A/S has grown a lot in recent years, and this requires corresponding growth among our employees so we can continue to offer optimal service to our customers. As René puts it: ‘Strategy happens through people.’ This requires us to make the best possible use of our talents and strengths – and this is René’s expertise.
Due to his deep knowledge of H. Daugaard A/S and our employees, René didn’t hesitate to accept the position. ‘H. Daugaard is a great team. There is dedication, passion, and a spark in people’s eyes – and that’s crucial for me,’ René says.
We are confident that our collaboration will create value, due to René’s master’s degree in strategy and business psychology; certifications in strategy, management, and organizational development; and previous results at H. Daugaard.
