Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, we have found that our customers have been extremely adaptable and cooperative. With a joint effort, we have managed both the challenges that COVID-19 has brought, as well as the logistics tasks – and we hope that all our customers have experienced a satisfactory service.
Of course, we continue to follow developments and constantly comply with and emphasize the need to follow the authorities’ guidelines for using protective equipment, keeping a distance, and focusing on good hand hygiene. If we all help each other to comply with these measures – then we will take care of each other!
As part of our digitalisation process, we are working on optimizing our work processes towards becoming as stable, fast and correct as possible. That is why we are in the process of implementing robot technology, also called RPA, which is precisely improving our data quality.
With robot technology, we can avoid manual, data-heavy entries that are crucial to the coherence of our processes. Instead, the robot will support these processes so that our employees can spend time on what they are good at; namely to create good customer service.
As we focus on constantly optimizing our work processes, we are currently also looking for a digital business developer who will help us as a company to always offer our customers the best service.

At the moment, we are experiencing an increasing demand for storage space from many of our customers, and we are of course solving this together with the customers and our skilled warehouse staff.
Over the last 12 months, we have received several hundred containers of long goods in the form of HardiePlank Facade Claddings. The containers are shipped from the USA, which we receive at our warehouse hotel in Vamdrup. Here, our task is to carry out an efficient and at the same time gentle emptying, where we store the HardiePlank Facade Claddings until they are to be distributed.
We constantly focus on becoming more sustainable and we, therefore, workings continuously with different projects concerning the environment.
